Things that need to get done before we can make a formal Announcement
Perhaps the big question is : Do we want to have production grade repos in place when we announce ?
- functional bugzilla, with packagers getting ownership of issues assigned to bugs reported for packages they own
- working mechanism to build and push packages
- working mechanism for new people to join up, as contributors in various areas ( packagers/ testers / editors for wiki / help docs etc )
- Some sort of a plan as to how the repos that are being merged are going to come together
- Working website, with atleast the basic user info in place.
