Subjects
Website / wiki
Separate website (cms/static/..) and wiki needed? => only a wiki is ok
Which wiki? We discussed a bit about moin, mediawiki and trac. There's quite some experience with moin at centos. The support for ACL's is limited with trac and mediawiki. => We'll use moin
Authentication
Store logins in ldap or a database? => ldap seems to be preferred, this can also be used for ssh access
Which ldap? Possible choices: openldap, FDS, .. => openldap is ok
- There was some discussion about tools for administrating the ldap: ldap_account_manager, luma, gq, .. but this will be decided later.

Mailinglists
- 3 lists: rpmrepo, rpmrepo-devel, announce
- rss feed for announce
- We had quite some discussion about adding a private list for certain discussions. Such a list might be useful when there's some trouble between two packagers for example. Such a list can still be created when the need arises.
Forums
Forums are used a lot by new users, but there aren't many experienced people who respond to the questions. Most experienced users prefer lists. => we start without forums.
- Maybe it's possible to connect nntp, lists and forums. This has to be investigated first.
DNS
- ns0.centos.org can be used as a slave
- We got: .org, .net, .com, .eu, possibly others
System administration tools
- We discussed a bit about bcfg2, puppet and cfengine, but not clearly decided.
Todo / decisions to take
- Decide what we're going to use to administrate the ldap
- Investigate some tools to connect lists, nntp and forums
- Axel will setup the ldap, so people can have shell access
- Danieldk/range: knights of the wiki
